Returns & Refunds Policy

Moon Estates products are personalised using the registered owner’s name, acreage and allocated plot number. Personalised goods are not subject to the usual statutory right to cancel simply because the customer changes their mind. Moon Estates nevertheless allows cancellation until production begins, subject to the rules below.
Cancellation before production
For standard orders, production begins when the order enters the relevant midday fulfilment batch. For a gift with a future scheduled physical dispatch date, production begins when that order enters the fulfilment batch for its scheduled dispatch. Until that point, the customer can normally ask to change or cancel the order.
After production has begun
Once production has begun, cancellation will not normally be possible because the order has been personalised and produced for the named owner.
Mistakes, damage and faults
If Moon Estates makes an error in personalised documents, or goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described, Moon Estates will provide the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Statutory rights are unaffected.
If the documents correctly reflect information supplied by the customer but the customer later needs that information changed, Moon Estates can provide corrected replacement documents for a small fee plus any applicable delivery charge.
Refunds
Refunds are processed through Stripe where applicable.
